林志穎日前宣布老婆陳若儀懷雙胞胎男娃，他11日出席活動，表示老婆狀況穩定，為全心照顧家人，12月寶寶出生後會停工２個月。他說６歲兒子Kimi已開始擔心會失寵，林會買小禮物對兒子說「這是弟弟要送你的喔」，讓Kimi知道不會被忽略。
林志穎表示，當得知是雙胞胎時意外又期待，「想知道生出來會怎麼樣，兩個就開始要忙了，也會有點操心。」他說現在東西都要買雙份，還要顧慮大兒子感受。他表示，Kimi曾說一段話讓他最痛心，「他問我說『那你們有了小Baby之後，會不會就不陪我了』，已開始害怕這個。」Kimi稱雙胞胎弟弟為「小乖乖」。
是否再生女兒？他說：「先把這兩個照顧好再說吧！」他覺得未來帶３個兒子出門，應該會如「三太子」般熱鬧。
林志穎老婆懷雙胞胎，他的好友林俊傑昨說：「替他們開心，但我目前真的趕不上進度。」據悉，兩人攜手代言手機遊戲，林俊傑大中華區代言費約600萬人民幣（約3000萬台幣），加上他為該廣告製作歌曲，共吸金680萬人民幣（約3400萬台幣）。
